Abdulla Lahej is the Chairman of Amaal Emirates and drives its strategic direction and vision.
His 21-year career in real estate in the region has contributed meaningfully to Dubai’s evolution and position as a globally recognized desirable real estate hub. Formerly Group CEO of Emaar Properties and Group CEO of Dubai Properties, he was directly involved in the creation of such communities as Downtown Dubai (including The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall), Dubai Marina, Business Bay and Arabian Ranches.
Abdulla Lahej is the co-founder and Chairman of Ayana Holdings, a diversified, multi-award winning holding company with capabilities ranging from master planning and architecture to interior design and modular building systems. He has been featured in multiple publications and his expertise in real estate has been sought out by peers in the development community. He is very active in driving the growth of Amaal’s development pipeline and ensuring the strategic and timely execution of its current projects.

Hamid Kerayechian is the CEO & Founding Partner of Ayana Holding, and has full responsibility for executing the strategic direction and ongoing operations for the firm with a strong desire to continually rise to new challenges. Hamid relocated from Southern California to Dubai in 2008 and over the course of his career served with some of the world’s most influential organizations such as Emaar Properties.
With over 20 years of robust experience in the luxury development space and a dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, Hamid is inspired by an innate sense of boldness, integrity and resourcefulness - qualities that he injects to all of his companies, projects and developments. Hamid infuses his companies with an essence of drive, growth and enterprise, which. has enabled him to assemble a portfolio of the most prestigious global organizations.
LATIF HABIB
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As an entrepreneurial real estate executive, with 25+ years of experience in real estate in USA, Canada and Dubai, Latif is uniquely positioned to lead Amaal Emirates’ development activities. Latif successfully launched over 10 major developments in Toronto, Canada, on behalf of some of the region’s largest developers, before moving to the UAE in 2008. He co-founded Fortune 5, a reputable real estate brand where he served as CEO and launched the W Residences in Palm Jumeirah, the Polo Residences in Meydan City and AG Towers in Business Bay. In 2017 Latif focused his efforts on development joining LIV Developers as CEO.
In addition to serving on multiple corporate advisory boards globally, Latif remains involved in development projects in Canada and USA, while leading Amaal’s efforts to become one of the region’s fastest growing development companies focusing on execution, sustainability and delivering exceptional value to partners, homeowners and stakeholders.
FAZL MOLANA
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
After completing his Hon. B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, double majoring in human biology and economics, Fazl started his commercial real estate career in 2007 focusing on office and retail leasing in Toronto and working with some of Toronto’s largest retail groups.
After completing his MBA, Fazl started the ARC Advisors Commercial Real Estate Advisory team in Hamilton and has successfully closed more than $500M in transaction value of land, industrial and office assets. Fazl also created Avicenna Holdings to own and operate, without outside investors, 250,000 square feet of retail and industrial assets located in Ontario, Canada.
Fazl moved to Dubai in 2023 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Amaal Developments and Ayana Capital.

FAZL MOLANA
After completing his Hon. B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, double majoring in human biology and economics, Fazl started his commercial real estate career in 2007 focusing on office and retail leasing in Toronto and working with some of Toronto’s largest retail groups.
In 2008 he pursued a more entrepreneurial path, starting a property management company, operating an import/export business and purchasing a car wash. Fazl sold his businesses in 2015 to pursue a Masters of Business Administration Degree from McMaster University in Canada with a focus on real estate and finance. During this time, he worked with Nestle Canada, overseeing their national corporate real-estate portfolio and assembling a three-year real estate plan aimed at saving the company almost $1-million per year.
